A group of 100 diverse contestants of all ages, gender identities, and fitness backgrounds will compete in various quests to determine who has the "ideal physique". The show takes place within the backdrop of a giant underground mine. The stakes are even higher, the challenges are even harder, and the arena is even more extensive. It premieres on Netflix on March 19, 2024.
